Beddy's - The Zipper Bedding That Makes Itself In One Easy Step
Do you have a Bunk bed? Day bed? Trundle bed? Loft bed? RV/camper bed? Guest bed? Murphy bed? Air mattress? A bed??? I know just what you need, zipper bedding!
We have had our Beddy's zipper bedding since Berkley first moved into a full bed 4 years ago. And we've never looked back. When we started the girls bunkbeds project, there was no question that we would get anything other than a Beddy's.
What are Beddy's?
Beddy's is a zippered bedding that allows you to make the bed with ease. It is a two-piece system, the bottom being the fitted sheet and the top being a comforter with a blanket/flat sheet {depending if you do minky or cotton} attached. It is perfect for kids, and the only bedding I will buy for bunkbeds.
All their bedding comes with everything you need, the fitted sheet that connects to the top sheet/comforter, pillowcases and shams. When put together, it looks nice and clean.
With Beddy's you get what you pay for. They are more than I would typically want to spend on bedding, but they truly are worth it. They have promo codes all the time, so hold out for one of those!
They are constantly coming up with new designs and have something for every style. We currently have the Lennon Luxe in the girls room and I love how clean it makes the room feel. I also love the London Luxe and Alyssa Luxe.

You can shop through this link and I will get the credit. You can always use the code ANDI for 15% off. However, I would suggest waiting until they have a sale {they have them year round and will get you a bigger discount}. And even if you wait until they have a sale and use that code, if you purchase through this link, I still get credit ;)
How does Beddy's work?
To get under the covers, you simply unzip. They offer two different options, a minky and a cotton option. The minky is more soft and snuggly {like a comfy blanket}, whereas the cotton is simply like the flat sheet on top of your fitted sheet. We prefer the all cotton simply because we live in Southern California and our girls are both night sweaters.
They truly have thought of everything. When you unzip the bedding, there is an extra little flap that folds out, because there is nothing worse than feeling like you don't have enough covers.
When you wake up in the morning, you simply fold the flap in and zip up. It really is that easy. Our 3 year old makes her bed as soon as she gets up.
How to Wash
It's really easy. You unzip the top from the bottom and wash them separately. That's it!
You definitely want to make sure you wash the pieces separately, otherwise the middle part doesn't get washed...trust me, I've tried it.
When you make the bed, you simply put on the the fitted sheet and then attach the top sheet/blanket by connecting the zippers.
The Downside
The one thing I don't like when making the bed after washing them is that the part of the fitted sheet that goes on the side is a little more challenging to put on. However, I understand why it is that way. Once the bed is made and zipped up, it all looks like one piece, and it wouldn't be that way if that part of the sheet was any different. So it is totally worth it to have a little extra challenge when making the bed after washing in order to have a made bed daily.
So really, there really isn't a big downside :P Like I said earlier, they are on the pricier end, but you get what you pay for. I honestly don't know if we would have gotten one if I didn't originally collaborate with them 4 years ago. But now that we have had a taste of Beddy's, we will never go back to any other bedding for our kids, especially with bunkbeds.
What's the alternative?
Is there another option out there? The only other option that I've found is a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket and a comforter. Therefore, Beddy's is your best option :D
Here are the top reasons why I love Beddy's:
It zips! {enough said with that, but I'll keep going}
It is all one piece that unzips to two for easy washing
They have various designs to fit every style.
They are durable - heavy duty zipper that zips with ease, quality fabric...the list goes on.
